Storing your feelings does not work ... we may park all or some of our feelings there in storage lockers called body parts for years on end, but eventually they will burst out in the language of the body. Lucia Capacchione |

Creative Arts therapy (incorporating play therapy and sand play) can be very effective with children as it allows them other ways to express what they may not have the language for. It is interactive and practical and the arts offer a way in that is not confronting. Creative modalities used with children and adolescents may include visual art, clay work, dance/movement, music, puppets, story telling, drama, creative writing/poetry and sand play therapy. The arts become the vehicles of expression and stimulate the language that may have been difficult to find. |

We work together to try and make sense of what is happening for you |
We use lots of type of art to do this |
You dont need to be good at art |
We start wherever you want to |
